How does the mytello App work?

You select a contact you want to call from within the app and our app connects you with your contact by dialing our local dial in number.

Is there any cost to my own landline or mobile provider?

Depending on your contract with your mobile or landline provider, dial-in charges to the local numbers may occur. If you have included minutes or a flat rate to local landlines, then there are no additional charges.

When I call a dial-in number it tells me that my number is not activated.

Please check to see if your phone number is activated correctly. If it's still not working, contact us.

Can i use while i'm abroad with my mobile phone (roaming)?

Yes, but only if you set the call mode in our app to WIFI. Do not make calls via our app if the call mode is set to dial in numbers.
